The cottage
The second flat is a detached 2 bedroom flat with 678 ft² of living space, which can be converted to suit your needs. It currently comprises a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and 118 ft² of storage space. Possibility of extension on the same level (convertible attic) and access to the main dwelling.
- THE ENTRANCE-




The entrance to the chalet is independent, on the EAST side. It can also be accessed via the garage, in which case the chalet can communicate with the rest of the house. The chalet is above the garage, accessed by a wooden staircase.
- THE LIVING ROOM-




The living room has two windows overlooking the orchard. It communicates directly with one of the two bedrooms and with the corridor. There is a sink in the living room, so it is possible to create an open-plan kitchen.


- BEDROOM 1-




This bedroom communicates with the living room and also has access from the corridor. A window overlooks the orchard.

This room is accessed via the corridor. In this room a French window with balcony gives the chicken-coop, the lean-to and the century-old lime trees. A pretty fireplace decorates this room.
