The main south-facing terrace enjoys uninterrupted views over a quiet valley and a vast agricultural estate to the west. Two hundred-year-old lime trees shade a secondary terrace.

To the north, a driveway is lined with fruit trees: apple, plum, cherry and hazel.

To the east, a small oak wood borders the second driveway leading to the property.

To the west of the house is a first set of convertible outbuildings comprising a south-east-facing arbour ideal for a summer dining room or an outside sitting room, a barn, an insulated cellar, an attic and a car port. The second set of outbuildings includes a chicken coop, a garage for equipment (lawnmower, tractor, tools; ....) and a wood storage shed.

The Garden

- ACCESS-

There are two entrances to the property. Both are secured by gates. A driveway to the east runs alongside the garden and the small wood. Another driveway, to the north, runs alongside the orchard and provides direct access to the outbuildings.

The little forest runs alongside the east driveway, where a variety of trees have been planted. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in the shade of the trees.

- LE LITTLE FOREST-

Running along the north-facing driveway, the orchard is home to many fruit trees, including apple, cherry, fig, hazelnut and pear.

- THE ORCHARD-

There are several terraces around the house. The main south-facing terrace offers magnificent views over the large garden. The other terraces, to the east under the hundred-year-old lime trees, are ideal for family meals in the shade.

- THE TERRACES-

Adjacent to the south-facing terrace, the arbour lets you enjoy the outdoors while being sheltered from the sun or rain. Ideal for tea parties with friends.

- THE ARBOR-

The lean-to, opposite the kitchen, is used to store tools and has a sink. There is also a well from which you can draw fresh spring water.

- THE LEAN-TO AND THE WELL-

Extending from the outbuildings is an open garage where cars, tractors and large vehicles can be parked. There is also another outside garage where you can leave a few large vehicles or store equipment.
